ERDEM AKAN IS A MASTER OF ALL TRADES- DESIGNER, DESIGN MANAGER, ART DIRECTOR, CURATOR, INSTRUCTOR AND FOUNDING PARTNER IN MAYBEDESIGN- AND HAS A VAST ACADEMIC BACKGROUND – DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND DESIGN MANAGEMENT, YET HE IS A FIRM BELIEVER OF THE SELF-TRAINED DESIGN SPIRIT, AND DESCRIBES HIMSELF AS A VISIONARY WHO BLENDS DIVERSE CULTURES AND DISCIPLINES.
